In line with the measures taken by the italian government to prevent the spread of COVID-19 pandemic, the exhibition “Hello World!” will be closed from Thursday 5 November until Thursday 3 December. We hope to reopen soon.
The museum is temporarily closed
Since 10 October 2019 a large part of the Museum’s collection has been on display at Le Benedettine (Piazza San Paolo a Ripa d’Arno, 16) as part of the exhibition Hello World! From arithmometer to smartphone. Admission to the exhibition is free.
The Museum is therefore temporarily closed to the public, also because it is undergoing renovation work.
For the entire duration of the exhibition, the Museum’s activities, including educational activities, will be held here.
For information on opening hours, visits and educational activities see the link Hello World! Dall’aritmometro allo smartphone.
The exhibition Hello World! (closed on 8 March 2020 due to the emergency) can reopen, as it has been extended.
Extraordinary openings are planned from Friday 31 July 2020.
